- As a member of Ticketmaster Priority, you will be entitled to a variety of benefits. Details of these benefits can be found here. Please note that these benefits may vary from time to time.
- Ticketmaster Priority aims to dispatch membership packs within four working days of purchase. If you have not received your membership pack within seven working days of purchase, please call us on 08701 53 53 53.
- Membership fees cannot be refunded or exchanged and membership is non transferable. The Ticketmaster Priority card is for the registered members personal use only.
- Please note that membership of Ticketmaster Priority does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to a particular event, nor does it guarantee that you will be able to purchase a certain type of ticket or quantity of tickets.
- You are obliged to provide correct contact details when you apply for Membership and failure to do so may invalidate your Membership. Responsibility to provide accurate information is continuous throughout your membership and you must notify us if any information provided to Ticketmaster changes.
- The above terms and conditions relate to Ticketmaster Priority memberships purchased directly from Ticketmaster UK Ltd. If your membership was purchased or offered via a third party, please refer back to this original point of contact.
- The purchase of tickets is subject to Ticketmaster's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Purchase Policy.
